Be smiling, welcoming, and wear your volunteer jersey at all times when on duty
Treat visitors, participants, employees and other volunteers with respect and consideration
Be open and listen to all visitors, players and accompanying persons, so that they feel welcome
Do not accept or solicit money or gifts from visitors, players and accompanying persons
All information received during the tournament remains confidential (e.g. personal information of players, coaches, partners, etc.)
Respect the privacy and right to confidentiality of all
Carry out assigned tasks to the best of your ability
Respect your commitment, advise in case of unforeseen circumstances, be punctual and assiduity
No form of discrimination and harassment will be tolerated
No form of violence (physical or verbal) will be tolerated
